Privacy Policy

The short version

• No cookies of our own. Our host may set one strictly necessary security cookie (see section 2).
• No analytics or tracking. We don't measure or profile visitors.
• No accounts or forms. You never enter personal data on this site.
• Payments happen elsewhere. Checkout runs on an external payment provider.

2. Visiting this website

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical details of your visit, such as the page you requested and your browser type. It may do so outside the EU, including in the United States. When Cloudflare needs to check for automated traffic, it can set a strictly necessary security cookie. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a fast and secure website.

3. Fonts

The fonts on this site (Montserrat and Inter) are loaded from Google Fonts. To show them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details. Google may process this data in the United States. See Google's privacy policy.

4. Buying a product

Checkout takes place on an external payment provider, which is named on the checkout page. That provider handles your payment details under its own privacy policy; we never see your card or bank details.

We receive the order details we need to deliver your product and support you: your name, email address, the product, the amount and your country (for VAT). The legal basis is the contract with you and our legal obligations. Dutch tax law requires us to keep order records for 7 years.

5. Discord

Joining our Discord server is optional. Discord processes your data under its own privacy policy, and may do so in the United States. On the server we can see your username and anything you post there.

6. Contacting us

If you email us, we use your message and email address only to reply, and keep them for as long as we need to handle your question.

7. Sharing

We never sell your data. It is shared only with the providers named above, and only as far as needed for them to do their job.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Email us to use any of these rights; we reply within one month.

If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

9. Changes

If we change how we handle data — for example by adding analytics — we update this page first and change the date at the top.
