Terms of Service
The rules for buying and using products from Bluestalker.shop, written to be read.
1. Who we are
Bluestalker.shop is run by [TODO: legal name or company name], registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number [TODO: KvK number].
- Address: [TODO: business address]
- VAT number: [TODO: VAT number]
- Email: [TODO: contact email]
- Support: Discord
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to every purchase of a digital product on bluestalker.shop: SaaS subscriptions, scripts and utilities. By completing a purchase you agree to them. Where a product page says something different, the product page applies to that product.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where VAT applies. Payment is handled by an external payment provider, which is named on the checkout page. That provider's own terms apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your card or bank details.
4. Delivery
All products are digital. Your access details — a download link, licence key or account access, depending on the product — are sent as soon as your payment completes. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us.
5. Your licence
When you buy a product, you receive a licence to use it. You do not buy the product itself. Unless the product page says otherwise, the licence is:
- Personal — for you, on devices you own or control.
- Non-transferable — you may not sell, share, sublicense or give it away.
- No redistribution — you may adapt scripts for your own use, but you may not publish, resell or share the code, changed or unchanged.
All intellectual property in the products stays with us. We may end a licence that is used in breach of these terms.
6. Subscriptions
SaaS products are sold as subscriptions that renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; partial periods are not refunded. If we change a subscription price, we tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital products it works like this:
- Downloads and licence keys: at checkout you are asked to agree that delivery starts immediately, and to confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once it does. After delivery, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
- Subscriptions: if you ask for the service to start straight away and then withdraw within 14 days, you pay only for the days you used.
This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty — see the next section.
8. If something doesn't work
Products must work as described on their product page. If one doesn't, contact us. We will fix or replace it, and if that isn't possible within a reasonable time, you get a full or partial refund. Your statutory rights as a consumer always apply.
9. Updates and support
Each product page states whether updates are included. Support is provided through Discord on a best-effort basis. We may change or improve products over time, as long as the core of what you paid for keeps working.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use our products for anything unlawful, to harm others, or to break the terms of other services. We may suspend access to a SaaS product that is used this way.
11. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit or lost data. These limits do not apply to damage caused by intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow them.
12. Complaints
Contact us by email or on Discord with a clear description of the problem. We reply within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can take the dispute to the competent court or to a consumer dispute body in your country.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applied when you made a purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
14. Applicable law
Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
